We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and close to all the necessary facilities. The hotel facilities were modern and ergonomic, with ample space in the lobby and restaurant. We loved the self check-in system, made the process very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had all the basic amenities we needed. we really enjoyed the wonderful panorama of the lake and mountains visible from the hotel.
No negatives from this place.

Enjoyed the modern and comfortable room with great spa facilities. The amazing view of the mountain and lake from the hotel made our romantic escape even more special. the breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty, and we appreciated the fact that it was served till noon.
The service was inconsistent. While some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others were not as welcoming.

Plus, the location was ideal , right in the heart of the action with everything we needed close by.

We had a fantastic stay here! the hotel had the perfect location - close to all necessary amenities. the family room with a comfortable bed and clean, cozy bathroom was perfect for us. the staff were generally friendly and helpful. the free breakfast was great, with a variety of delicious options. Plus, the spa had a steam bath and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure.
Parking could be more convenient.
